Customer's sole and exclusive rights pursuant to this warranty shall be for the replacement of defective product. Enviro Image Solutions Inc specifically disclaims any and all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purposes.
In no event shall Enviro Image Solutions Inc be liable for any loss of profit or other commercial damages, special, incidental or consequential damages or claims whatsoever.
